Pink Feather Foundation looking for new location, employee
Pink Feather Foundation is searching for a new home for its headquarters.
The organization is hoping to find a location that is for sale or offers a long-term lease, located in Norway/Oxford, or within the districts that the organization serves (MSAD 17 and RSU 16). A space that is 5,000+ sq. ft. would offer the foundation the best opportunity for growth.
The growing nonprofit is also looking to welcome a Volunteer Coordinator to its team. This part-time position is responsible for daily operations and all aspects of the volunteer corps associated with Pink Feather. These responsibilities include recruiting and training new volunteers, scheduling and following up, opening, closing, and attending established hours. Pink Feather Foundation works to improve the lives of students by partnering with teachers to confidentially provide clothing and accessories at no cost. The organization was founded out of a desire to better support students’ basic needs so they can be confident, engaged, and prepared to achieve their full potential. They are currently serving teachers and students in MSAD 17 and RSU 16.
